Ultimately this depends on you. Our turnaround is 2 business days, so if you place your order on Monday, you should have the concept(s) to review by Wednesday. After that it’s anywhere from a couple hours to 2 days for the revisions, based on the complexity of changes and the amount of work in our work queue at the time. And, since you have unlimited revisions, the length just depends on the number of revision rounds you request.
Absolutely! Once you place your order you’ll be in-touch with a dedicated project manager, so if you have some ideas you forgot to include with your instructions, you can just follow up with those.
If you’re not sure what you need, leave it up to us. We’ll send you the web files you’ll need for your site, and we’ll send you the vectors you’ll need to give to your printing, uniforms, and your signage company. And, if they request something specific, put them in touch with us directly. We’ll help you out.
Yes, but will you like it? Who knows. Keep in mind that no one knows what’s best for your company, better that you. You understand your company’s philosophy. You know who you competitor are, and how they position themselves. You know what you want your customers to think of, when they see your logo. And, it’s that direction that we need, in order to design something that will make sense for your business. Without this direction we would just be guessing.
But, if you already have some idea, however vague it may be, of what you want, that’s not a problem. You’re better off ordering the package with the most concepts though, so that we could show you the maximum number of options, and then zero-in on what you like from those.
If you have something specific in mind, that’s great! On the logo request page you can enter all the details, and upload any examples or sketches you have for us, and we’ll turn your vision into a real logo.
If you can describe what you want, we can deliver it. It’s as simple as that. So, think of it as you getting into a taxi. If you can give the directions, we will get you there. And, if we take the wrong turn here or there revisions will take care of this.
Oh, and you can check out a few case studies here, if you’d like a behind-the-scenes peek at how a logo goes from instructions to completion.
We’ll be in direct communication after you submit your instructions, so we can continue our message thread, or you can email us anew directly or via the contact form on the right.
This really depends on whether or not you’re requesting a change to an existing design, or a new design. An example is usually the best way to illustrate this, so let’s say you ordered 3 concepts of a bird wearing a hardhat for your construction company.
A revision would be something like: “Combine the bird from version 1 with the font from version 2”, or “Show me a few different font options that are thicker”, or “In addition to the hard hat have the birds in versions 2 and 3 also wear boots”.
On the other hand, if you were to say, “Instead of the bird wearing a hat, I want to see it sitting in a truck”, or “have two birds building a wall”, or “show me a few more options of birds in hardhats”. Those would all be examples of new concepts.
We have a ton of surprise costs. No, just kidding! This has to do in part with the fact that we genuinely enjoy design, so we can keep our prices low without getting greedy. And, more importantly, with our ability to cut overhead.
As a business owner, you know that you’ll pass on your overhead to your customers – it’s only normal. We have very little overhead since we went remote back in 2012, so instead of an office in a nice location, we’re an entirely online company, and we can pass on the savings to the price.
You will be automatically redirected to a PayPal-secured checkout page after submitting your instructions. There you can pay with any major credit card, PayPal, and certain debit cards.
